Advertising App Overview

This document describes the basic process of applying for an advertising contract.

To start with, you should decide where you'd like to have an ad at the site. Simply provide either the URL or the exact title of the page that you selected, as well as the options you are interested in.

Home page ads can have a line of text above and below the ad. The text size will be one unit smaller than normal page text, so you can have about 80 characters of text in each line. Please count your characters.

You should have all ad content ready and available when you sign up. If you want to guarantee a page and your content isn't ready, email me and we may be able to work something out. Upon submission of your application, you will be emailed the first bill with payment instructions, along with the contract (copy of the last page your read). Your application is not complete until I have received the banner image and payment. Please attach your ad(s) to an email. Please send the ad(s) as soon as possible.

You must provide an accurate, valid e-mail address. All billing will be handled via e-mail. Bounced mail will result in rejection of the application or termination of the contract at the end of the billing period. You are required to notify me of any changes in your contact information, especially your e-mail address. This is for YOU as well as me!

If you have questions, please let me know. As an incentive to get everything to me quickly, once I have your ad and payment, I will post your ad. In other words, if I get everything by, say, the 12th of the month, you get a freebie until the first of the month when your contract starts. (I reserve the right to take vacations :)
