All of the wallpapers in the "My Themes" section were made, photographed, or heavily modified by me and cannot be used to make new themes or loaded as wallpaper on other sites. I include all known copyright information in my readme files. Some wallpaper used in my themes were done by artists or photographers who have granted permission to use their photos because the themes are free and I have agreed to put copyright info in the readme file which gives them exposure and free advertising. Because I've been given permission to use copyrighted material doesn't mean the material becomes public domain material that can be freely used.
When you download a theme from this site or any other site please do not strip the readme file which has the copyright/credits information. By doing some of my art themes, I am attempting to provide exposure to outstanding artists and hopefully generate some income for them. If you enjoy the theme, please consider purchasing a print or book done by that artist.
Wallpaper on this site is not to be used to make themes unless you have the permission of the author. I do not allow my wallpapers to be made into themes, but some of the other authors/photographers may. You need to contact them directly.
NOTE TO ARTISTS:
I attempt to contact all artists and photographers before using your copyrighted material. Sometimes finding an artists is impossible, because I do not have a name, or searches are coming up blank. If I receive no answer after I send an email (and it may not go to the right person, which is why you may have never received a request) I use the material because I make the assumption that you do not have a problem with it, but don't want to give me carte blanche permission. If I can find no email address or contact information, I see if I can find an official site or a published work I can link to which can generate some sales/exposure for you. I will put that information in the readme file or hotlink it from my site if and when I can find it. My intent in using your work is to give you more name and sales exposure, which most living artists need :). I never charge for or make any money from your work. If you want your work removed, I will be happy to comply. If you want a particular link(s) added so people can purchase your art, I am almost MORE than happy to comply and will add any and all links you want. Just send them my way.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS are you to upload my themes to theme repositories such as Theme World, EZ Themes, or Tucows. If I want them on these sites, I will upload them myself.
Only sites that are EZ Theme sites or Themes and Screens sites have permission to carry my themes on their sites.
My themes cannot be included in CD collections under any conditions at all.
Other Authors
Files in this section are from independent authors. I do not have the resources to check the contents of these files for copyright infringements. I assume that the authors have given full credit where required. If one of your themes is here and shouldn't be, please contact me and I will remove it immediately. Please note that just because the wallpaper is the same as that in your theme doesn't mean the theme is the same. Before asking that a theme be removed, please download the theme an make sure it's yours. Obviously, if you have painted, photographed, or heavily modified the wallpaper this doesn't apply.
