Theme Author User Agreement

The Theme Authors User Agreement represents a voluntary group of theme makers and users who agree to abide by certain rules in a effort to protect the intellectual property rights of all theme makers and artists in general. As a group, we believe that all people should abide by these rules in respect for all the theme makers and artists on the net who provide of their talents for free. All of us have adopted the following points as conditions of use on our sites. We encompass virtually all of the major theme makers in the world. We also operate as a group, advising each other of sites, CDs, or auctions that violate our terms of agreement. List of Supporters     Become a Supporter

1. Files are for personal and private use only.
2. Files are not to be distributed without permission.
3. Files are not to be added to any online collection without permission.
4. Files are not to be redistributed via email, CD or any other media form for profit, or otherwise.
5. Files are not to be repackaged and distributed in any form other than as done so by the original author.
6. Files are not to be altered, tampered with, stripped or redistributed either singly, in part or in whole.
7. Readme files are to be left intact at all times, even when specific permission may have been received to redistribute.
8. Authors are to be contacted personally regarding any use of their work beyond its specified and intended purpose.
